2. Data we collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Contact data: first name, last name, email and phone number provided through the booking or contact form.
• Navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration (only with consent to analytics cookies).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Managing bookings and enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract): form data is used solely to respond to your request and manage the booking.
• Web traffic analysis (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent): we use Google Analytics 4 only if you accept cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner.

4. Cookies

This site uses technical cookies (necessary for operation) and, subject to consent, third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4).

• Technical cookies: required for the site to work (e.g. cookie preference). No consent required.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): collect anonymous data on pages visited. Activated only after explicit consent. You can refuse or withdraw them via the banner at the bottom of the page.

5. Data retention

Contact and booking data is kept for a maximum of 24 months from collection, then deleted. Analytics data is processed according to Google's policies (14 months by default).

6. Recipients

Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It may be shared with:

• Formspree Inc. (contact form provider) — uses the data solely to deliver messages.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) — only with cookie consent.

7. Data transfer outside the EU

Google Analytics and Formspree may transfer data to the USA. Both adopt the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR).

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@miloadventure.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest published version.
