Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your quad tour on Etna.

Yes, a category B driving licence is required to ride the quad, along with being of legal age (18+). Before each tour, the guide holds a 10-minute briefing on how to use the quad.

On the Basic Tour, passengers from 4 years old and up are welcome. On the Intermediate and Advanced Tours, the minimum age for passengers is 10 years old. To ride independently, a licence and 18+ age are required.

If bad weather makes the trail unsafe, we reschedule your tour for free to another date. You never lose your booking. We always notify you in advance.

No experience needed. The routes follow natural trails, not race tracks. The guide always leads and sets the pace. We provide a full-face helmet, gloves, and a detailed briefing before you set off.

The price is per quad. Each quad fits 2 people (rider + passenger). For example, the Basic Tour in summer is €100 per quad — that's just €50 per person if you go as a couple.

We recommend: closed-toe shoes (no sandals), long trousers, and a light jacket even in summer (it can be cool at altitude). We provide a full-face helmet and gloves. Bring water and your camera — the views are stunning.

No deposit required. Fill in the form or message us on WhatsApp, we confirm availability and time, and you pay on the day of the tour here in Milo. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
